Brittany Jackson is the Operations Manager at Kollosche where she ensures the daily operation of the office and the streamlining of its processes.

Determined and detail-oriented, Brittany assesses and establishes client service benchmarks, liaises with marketing to continually improve initiatives, and works alongside the General Manager to ensure the overall business efficiency and productivity.

Brittany is equipped with ten years of versatile real estate industry experience, having previously worked in Melbourne as an Executive Assistant to the Director in residential sales as well as to the Director in the New Projects sector for luxury developments. Brittany began her journey at Kollosche as a Client Services Manager and has since transferred into the role of Operations Manager.
