Finding a real estate agent who sees the true value in your home and how to present it to its best advantage is a challenge Brian and Denise Dangerfield understand only too well.
Five years ago the couple tossed in their businesses to pursue their passion for renovating, building and flipping properties for a living.
Over the past two decades, the Dangerfields have flipped 28 properties – from one-bedroom apartments through to multi-million beachfront residences – with consistent success.
“We’ve been on both sides of the coin – we’ve been the buyer, we’ve been the seller and we’ve experienced what it’s like to deal with a lot of different agents,” says Denise.
“The biggest challenge was finding an agent who believed in the property like we did, who knew how to present it to the best advantage and to not leave anything on the table.”
The Dangerfields are drawing on that experience as Kollosche agents assisting prestige property clients right along the NSW Tweed Coast, from Fingal Head to Pottsville.
Based in the thriving seaside community of Casuarina with their four sons, the Dangerfields have a thorough understanding of the luxury beachside markets.
Kollosche Managing Director Michael Kollosche says the foray into the Tweed Coast market makes sense for Kollosche whose team spans the entire Gold Coast and south to Byron Bay.
“The Tweed Coast is a relatively tight market but one which would appear to benefit from the service, systems and connections that Kollosche is known for,” says Michael.
“Our existing network of high-end clients here on the Gold Coast, as well as those in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, will benefit from the cross-pollination that the Tweed Coast presents.
“A lot of Gold Coast and Brisbane residents have holiday homes on the Tweed Coast while
those from southern states tend to cast the net between Byron Bay and the Sunshine Coast.
“Having a pool of stock spanning Byron to the northern end of the Gold Coast puts Kollosche in a prime position to better service existing and new clients.”
