Fully licensed as a real estate agent, Ashlee brings extensive experience in residential property across both boutique and national firms. Her background in sales gives her a deep understanding of the end-to-end property journey and a strong foundation in service delivery. Having transitioned from sales to operations, she thrives in the fast-paced environment of high-performance teams and enjoys contributing to the collective success of those around her.

Originally from country Victoria, Ashlee has called Mermaid Beach home for the past three years. Outside of work, she enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach, running, walking her dogs Skylah and Boo, and learning French in her spare time.
