Focused on creating positive experiences for landlords and tenants, Property Manager Courtney Thompson is an integral part of Kollosche’s Property Management team, contributing to the care and performance of the rental portfolio.
Since joining Kollosche in December 2025, Courtney has assisted across administrative, financial, owner and tenant-related responsibilities, as well as open homes when required. Highly organised and a strong team player, she is passionate about delivering positive outcomes and maintaining a high standard of service.
Courtney brings international real estate experience to her role, having spent four years working in sales in Spain. Beginning her career as a Sales Associate, she progressed into a Sales Agent role, gaining valuable exposure to the luxury international property market.
Born in England and having lived in the US, Scotland and Spain, Courtney relocated to the Gold Coast in 2025. Outside of work, Courtney leads an active, health-focused lifestyle, enjoying fitness training, meditation and recovery practices.
A devoted animal lover, she is passionate about animal welfare and looks forward to becoming involved in local causes in the future.
