Julie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Her career has taken her across the Asia Pacific region, including 15 years in Singapore working with multinational organisations.

These experiences shaped her belief that strong relationships, open communication, and shared goals are the foundation of high-performing teams.

She later joined fast-paced US technology firms, where she expanded her work into sales operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Most recently, Julie served as Director of Sales Strategy and Operations for APAC at Okta, helping teams to align around strategy, while improving performance, and scaling revenue in a collaborative and supportive way.

At Kollosche, Julie was drawn to the company’s integrity-driven leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.

She is committed to building a people-first culture where individuals feel empowered, informed, and connected to the broader vision.

Her calm, thoughtful approach enables her to identify communication gaps and where misalignment may be holding teams back, before working with colleagues to find practical solutions.
