Kira LeMarshall is the Leader of First Impressions and one of the first points of contact for visitors to Kollosche’s HQ.

Bubbly, confident and passionate about helping people, Kira excels in building connections and making visitors feel welcome and well looked after in their first interaction with the agency.

Her responsibilities also include the coordination and management of administrative tasks, and she consistently takes initiative in assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Kira holds a Diploma of Business along with her real estate license, and has previously worked within the industry as a leasing consultant. These qualifications and experience form a solid foundation for her growth with Kollosche, where she is relishing the opportunity to advance her learning.

Prior to joining the business, Kira spent six months travelling through Europe, Canada and America, and has lived in Maui, Hawaii. Outside of work, she can be found at film school where she is completing her Bachelor of Film and Screen Production.
