Natalie Lambert plays an important support role within Kollosche’s Property Management team, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the rental portfolio and helping ensure a smooth experience for landlords and tenants.

She works closely with senior property managers to coordinate maintenance, liaise with clients, and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

Approaching her role with a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine desire to learn, Natalie embraces every opportunity, helping her to build knowledge and refine her skills. She takes pride in being dependable and organised, while bringing a positive, can-do attitude to the team environment.

Currently holding a Certificate IV in Real Estate, she is focused on continuing her professional development and growing her capabilities within the industry. Natalie was drawn to Kollosche for its reputation and high standards, and values being part of a workplace that is welcoming and driven.

Born in Sydney, Natalie spent part of her childhood in Christchurch before settling on the Gold Coast, where she has lived for the past four years.

She is passionate about her career and is focused learning from those around her so she can become a highly capable property manager in her own right.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys playing football with Palm Beach Soccer Club’s under-23s FQPL 1 team and making the most of opportunities to go skiing.
