With a career built across property management and agency administration, Olivia has developed a sharp eye for detail and an instinctive ability to keep complex operations running seamlessly.  

Her experience managing the administration of an agency, followed by a tenure spent as a team manager and PA, means she knows how to make a significant contribution within a high-performing team. 

At Kollosche, Olivia channels her energy into supporting the agents and teams around her, ensuring every moving part of the business operates with precision and purpose.  

She is genuinely committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for clients and takes real pride in seeing every property presented and marketed at its absolute finest.

Before joining the real estate industry, Olivia honed her precision and creativity as a makeup artist for M.A.C Cosmetics — an eye for detail that still shows in everything she does.
