Raymond Luo is a Property Manager at Kollosche with over 10 years’ experience in residential property management, known for his reliability, attention to detail and client-focused approach.

Since joining Kollosche in December 2025, Raymond has managed the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including lease administration, maintenance coordination and compliance. He is highly regarded for his problem-solving ability and commitment to delivering efficient, dependable service for both landlords and tenants.

Holding a full real estate licence since 2015, Raymond has successfully managed diverse residential portfolios, maintaining strong occupancy rates, resolving tenancy matters efficiently and building trusted relationships through clear communication.

Drawn to real estate for its dynamic nature, Raymond values continuous learning and professional growth. He is focused on building long-term client relationships and contributing to Kollosche’s property management team.

Based on the northern Gold Coast since 2015, Raymond enjoys training in his home gym and playing musical instruments, including the flute and saxophone. Known for his honesty, integrity and positive attitude, he takes pride in being someone others can rely on.
