Having formerly worked in state and national sales and operations roles for Australia’s leading property portal, realestate.com.au, Renae has consistently shown strength in leadership as General Manager at Kollosche.

Exceptionally organised, with finely tuned sales management and marketing skills, her role is significant and all-encompassing. Working closely with principal, Michael Kollosche and Sales Manager, Luke McPhee, she is the driving force behind the development and implementation of internal processes. As well, Renae is responsible for streamlining efficiencies, overseeing administration, marketing and operations and assists the sales team to ensure clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.

Renae’s enthusiasm, productivity and impeccable eye for detail has resulted in several industry awards. She was announched as Operations Manager of the Year at the 2022 REB awards, she was a proud winner for Manager of the Year at the 2021 Australasian Real Estate Results Awards, and also accepted the national award of Manager of the Year at the REB Women in Real Estate awards in 2020.
