Senior Property Manager Sonya Bull brings dedication and experience to her role at Kollosche alongside a trusted reputation for excellence.

With more than 17 years of property management experience, Sonya manages a diverse portfolio of landlords and tenants which she services to an extremely high standard.

Sonya is passionate about providing exceptional service and is motivated by the opportunity to refine and grow Kollosche’s property management portfolio.

Originally from Tauranga in New Zealand, Sonya’s career in real estate began in the competitive New Zealand market where she held senior roles with respected agencies.

During this time, she received industry recognition after coming runner-up for the Property Manager of the Year award at Ray White in 2024-25. She also placed third at the Harcourts Annual Awards in 2022-23. Both are testament to her commitment and capability.

Sonya currently holds a Queensland Real Estate Certificate and Property Management Certificate Level 4 from New Zealand.

Sonya recently relocated back to the Gold Coast, after spending time here 10 years earlier, and is proud to be a part of the Kollosche brand, which mirrors her own values of honesty, dedication and reliability.

Friendly, reliable and results-driven, she has become a trusted member of the Property Management team, who value her proactive approach and high-level of communication skills, which set her apart when it comes to client service and care.

Outside of work, Sonya, who has an adult son, likes spending time at the beach, in the gym, or cheering on her favourite NRL and rugby teams. She is also an active campaigner for charities that support leukemia research after she lost her father to the disease five years ago.
