Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer Stuart Rooke joined Kollosche with a proven sales track record after spending 15 years cutting his teeth in the high-pressure Melbourne market.

Stuart moved to the Gold Coast in 2021 with more than $500-million worth of sales under his belt, and a roll-call of high-net worth interstate contacts.

Experienced in dealing with successful clients, Stuart focuses his attention on the northern end of the Gold Coast, homing in on the prestige pockets of Sovereign Islands and Sanctuary Cove.

Stuart has been a long-term observer of these markets over the years, keeping a close eye on the markets’ peaks and troughs.

Highly organised and full of energy and enthusiasm, Stuart approaches the sales process as a journey built on client trust to reach the best outcome. This has helped him to achieve some excellent record sales results and maintain a high level of repeat and referral business.

In an edge over his industry peers, Stuart has held an auctioneer’s licence for the past 10 years and has called more than 500 auctions in that time. It is a process he thoroughly enjoys and allows him to offer an end-to-end service to his clients.

Stuart has had a passion for property since a young age, largely driven by his family who own a building business. The expert knowledge he has gained and his innate ability to engage with clients make him a force to be reckoned with in the market.

Away from work Stuart is an accomplished athlete and in 2016 was in line to win the Stawell Gift, Australia’s oldest and richest short-distance running race, before a hamstring injury scuppered his hopes. He now prefers to play golf and is an active member of the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club.

Stuart lives on Sovereign Islands with his fiancée Ayleisha, but the pair are looking forward to relocating to Sanctuary Cove in early 2023.
