As a Leader of First Impressions, she is the happy face behind the front desk, who delivers a seamless and professional experience for clients from their very first interaction. Every enquiry is handled swiftly with care, efficiency and attention to detail.

Born on the Gold Coast, Zara has a background in customer service, gained from more than five years spent in the hospitality industry, and holds a Certificate III in Allied Health. This experience has equipped her with strong communication skills and the ability to make genuine connections with people.

Driven, detail-oriented, and highly personable, Zara is highly professional with a strong sense of emotional intelligence so. She has a natural ability to read situations and respond appropriately so clients feel supported and understood.

Known for her reliability and strong work ethic, Zara takes pride in maintaining a consistently high standard, while contributing positively to the efficiency and cohesion of the wider team.
