Andrew Ramsey is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Kollosche’s New Projects division who specialises in selling prestigious apartments, both established and off the plan.

Equipped with more than 15 years’ experience in selling luxury apartments on the Gold Coast, Andrew matches buyers to prestigious properties in premium locations. He has a solid reputation for delivering high-quality residential apartments that are a valuable and secure investment.

With a humble nature and enthusiastic approach, Andrew sells the dream of the Gold Coast lifestyle. Although hard work and consistency have led to his solid results, Andrew is guided by his passion for serving clients.

With a background in elite sports management, Andrew is customer-focused and excels at contract negotiations. In addition to managing the marketing for the Australasian PGA tour, he managed some of the world’s best golfers, including Michael Campbell when he won the 2005 US Open. He also led complex negotiations and secured sponsorship deals for his players with athletic brands, including with Phil Knight at Nike.

Andrew has called the Gold Coast home for almost two decades and hones his competitive edge on the cricket field for the Gold Coast Green Thunder over 50s team. Part-owner of a racehorse, Andrew has a special interest in equine breeding.
