Executive Assistant to General Manager
Ellen Hayward is Executive Assistant to Kollosche General Manager Renae Hayek.
This demanding and fast-paced role requires an exceptional level of organisation, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Alongside managing the busy schedules and communications of the general manager, Ellen also organises team social events, coordinates the training and induction of new employees, delegates tasks across teams, and supports the wider leadership team as required.
Ellen has been a valuable member of Kollosche since 2019 when she joined as Executive Assistant to lead agent Rob Lamb. Ellen assisted Rob in all aspects of his daily activities and was integral to the success of Team Lamb.
Driven by a deep fascination to experience a sale from start to finish, Ellen joined the real estate industry in 2015. A dedicated team player, Ellen was named Kollosche Operations Support Person of the June 2021 Quarter.
A New South Wales native, Ellen moved to the Gold Coast in 2019. Outside of work, you’ll find her riding waves, staying fit or spending time with friends.
