Moana’s foray into real estate began in the early 2000s, when the property market was booming. She landed a job as a sales associate with property giant Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and was positioned on one of its new developments in Kent Street in Sydney, where she dealt with high-end clientele.
When she returned to the Gold Coast, Moana went to work for some of the most well-known brands on the Gold Coast, including Sunland, Breakfree, and Peppers and Mantra (now part of AccorHotels), which all had links to new projects.
Managing large-scale residential and hotel projects allowed Moana to gain valuable experience in customer relations and client management – a skillset that now sets her apart in the field.
Moana joined Kollosche in 2019 and spent three years working directly alongside Michael Kollosche as his Executive Assistant and Client Services Manager, which further strengthened her market insight, negotiation skills, and client relationships.
Throughout her six years at Kollosche, Moana has been instrumental in the sales success of several of the city’s most distinguished projects, including:
- Navini, Bilinga – a boutique absolute beachfront development consisting of 15 half floor residences and a full floor penthouse.
- Sea Glass, Broadbeach – an ultra-luxury collection of half-floor and full-floor residences, celebrated for world-class finishes and wellness amenities.
- The Sovereign Collection, Sovereign Islands – one of the region’s most exclusive waterfront offerings, comprised of six ultra-penthouses with access to private marina berths.
In the new projects space, Moana has achieved more than $117 million worth in sales with residences ranging in price from $1.85 million to $11.25 million.
