We are pleased to share strong and continued progress across COAST with significant milestones achieved since last our last update.

Key Milestones:

Structure has reached Level 37, as the jumpform towers the sky. With slabs completed to Level 34, the development is now just five slabs away from top out. With the recent run in clear weather Multiplex continues to maintain an impressive structural cycle of approximately one floor per week.

Facade works progressing in parallel, with glazing installation and external painting advancing steadily as the tower rises.

Essential services underway, including plumbing and electrical installations moving efficiently through the building.

Apartment fitout works now well progressed into the mid-levels, with natural stone, timber flooring and premium appliances being installed, transforming structure into refined residences.

COAST‘s sculptural form and curved balustrades now clearly visible, establishing a defining presence on the beachfront skyline.

Podium-level resort amenities evolving, with feature timber soffits being installed and limestone cladding applied to the signature kidney-shaped elements.
