Defining Moments, Lasting Legacy
September 24 2025

Aaron Kibble never imagined his defining moment in life would come while drinking a pint with his grandfather in a bustling East End pub.
A few words of banter over who would pay the bill became pivotal for Aaron, who in that moment realised the profound impact small gestures can have on people.
“It was a fleeting exchange between old friends, but I will never forget how it made my grandfather smile – a rare moment for him at the time, but a defining one for me that set the fundamentals for how I try to live my life,” Aaron says.
Those fundamentals, centred around kindness, respect and going the extra mile for people, served Aaron well, helping him to build a successful career in the hospitality industry before making a transition into real estate.
Aaron has recently joined Kollosche as a Licensed Sales Agent operating in the northern Gold Coast suburb of Hope Island.
Born in the UK and raised with working-class values indicative of London’s East End, Aaron’s professional career swiftly went from a casual job working behind a bar to acting as a consultant and advisor for some of the UK’s biggest hospitality groups. Tasked with rescuing floundering businesses, he held senior operations roles and managed teams of more than 140 staff while driving impressive sales volumes and conducting event management. The standards of service were uncompromising.
Aaron’s high-level energy, creativity and ability to think outside the box soon attracted the attention of British film director Guy Ritchie, who hired Aaron to launch his iconic Lore of the Land pub in London’s well-heeled Fitzrovia.
He describes the job as demanding, high profile, and “at times surreal”, but it taught him how to service people in a way that “made them feel seen”, whether they were royalty or regulars.
“When it comes to service levels there should be no distinction between a billionaire and a bloke off the street,” Aaron says. “It doesn’t matter what industry you work in the principle remains the same.
“Business success comes down to creating a connection with people. It’s about listening, understanding a customer’s unique moment, then going above and beyond to make that moment special for them.”
In real estate, Aaron believes that includes delivering unexpected outcomes for his clients. “I will never forget my very first real estate sale. It set a street record by more than $250,000, which the owners were not expecting. That extra money changed the course of their entire future,” he says. “For me, that’s what it’s all about.”
Having arrived on the Gold Coast in 2022 with his Australian wife and young daughter, Aaron’s transition into real estate was seamless, and no doubt attributable to his tireless enthusiasm and customer-first approach.
He has notched up numerous sales and achieved several price records in Hope Island, which Aaron says is a diverse real estate landscape packed with potential. Building further momentum under the Kollosche brand, Aaron’s aim is to create a legacy for himself and Hope Island homeowners based on trust, superior service, integrity and longevity.
“I don’t want to be a flash in the pan sales agent,” Aaron says. “For me, real estate isn’t just about listing a house, selling it then moving on. It’s about the people. “I want to be an agent who, 30 years from now, receives a message saying, ‘You sold my dad’s house and he still talks about it. Can you sell mine?
“At the end of the day, if I’m your agent, your sales result is my reputation – and I take that very seriously.”
