What attracted you to Kollosche?

Kollosche felt like a natural next step for me. I’ve always been drawn to high-performance environments. After coming from professional motorsport, it was important to align with a business that values professionalism, excellence, and longterm thinking. That’s exactly what Kollosche represents.

You have lived in Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island over for over 20 years. What do you believe sets these communities apart?

Having lived in the area, I’ve seen how it’s evolved. What really sets them apart isn’t just the waterfront homes or security, it’s the lifestyle and sense of community. You enjoy resort-style living while still being close to everything you need.

Living locally means I really understand what life here is really like. I’m not selling an idea, I’m sharing a lifestyle I genuinely enjoy.

Your background in professional motor racing is quite unique. How has that shaped your approach to real estate?

Racing shapes how I approach real estate. It taught me discipline, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly, all of which translate directly into this industry.

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life which has helped me learn how to read situations, build trust, and find common ground.

Just as importantly, racing taught me how to stay calm under pressure. I can stay focused and solutions-driven, helping clients feel confident and supported, even in high-stakes situations.

How would you describe your approach as an agent, and what do clients value most when working with you?

I would say calm, considered, and relationship-driven. I’m not a stereotypical agent, I focus on understanding people’s needs rather than forcing a transaction.

A lot of my business comes from long-standing relationships and referrals, which reflects the trust I build with clients. People value that the experience feels natural, honest, and pressure-free, while still achieving the right outcome.

What can clients expect when working with you and your team at Kollosche?

I want my clients to feel informed and confident, knowing their best interests are my absolute priority. I’m also supported by my colleague Ellie, where our priority as a team is to bring seamless communication and continuity
throughout the process.
