2019
OPEN FOR BUSINESS
Michael Kollosche opens the doors to his boutique agency based in Albert Avenue, Broadbeach, with a team of 11.
HOLISTIC APPROACH
Holistic transformational coach Aneta Siedlecka joins the business tasked with the job of promoting the mental well-being of all Kollosche staff as the business grows and transitions.
NUMBER CRUNCH
Kollosche appoints certified accountant Doug Durrington as its chief financial officer.

2020
READY TO RENT
Kollosche opens its executive Residential Leasing and Property Management division, catering to clients in the prestige sector. It has since achieved some of the highest rents on the Gold Coast.

The first edition of Kollosche Prestige Magazine is printed and distributed to letterboxes across the Gold Coast. This is the 40th edition.
LEGAL EAGLES
Shona Tarulli is appointed General Counsel at Kollosche and is responsible for all legal and compliance functions of the business. She now heads a team of three.

2021
COMMERCIAL MOVES
A Commercial Sales Division is established, spearheaded by father and son sales agents Tony and Adam Grbcic.
NEW DEVELOPMENT
The raft of skyscrapers on the city skyline prompts Kollosche to launch a New Projects division aimed not only at providing a seamless experience to those buying off-the-plan but to provide an end-to-end solution to developers.
COMMUNITY FOCUS
Kollosche establishes its Community Fund, a platform through which all staff can meaningfully contribute to local causes. A percentage of every sale that Kollosche makes goes into the fund, where it is redistributed to local charities, sporting organisations and individuals in need of support.

COMMERCIAL GROWTH
The commercial department expands to include a Commercial Leasing and Property Management division.
STATE-OF-THE-ART
Having outgrown its office space in Albert Avenue, Kollosche relocated to its current state-of-the-art HQ on Level 2 of the Oracle West tower in Elizabeth Avenue, Broadbeach. The move took a year to plan, with the office space being completely redesigned with a custom fit out.

DATA DRIVE
Dedicated to leveraging advanced technologies and data-driven insights Kollosche launches its K Intel division, followed by K Insights, a collaboration with industry specialists to provide developers with regular data-based reports and analysis.
PEOPLE FOCUS
Kollosche introduces its Human Resources division.

Kollosche has grown to become one of the Gold Coast’s leading prestige real estate agencies, today driven by a team of 97.
