What attracted you to join Kollosche, and what excites you about this next chapter?

What attracted me to Kollosche was seeing the trajectory of the business and its people from the outside. The growth over the past few years has been hard to ignore, and it was clear something special was happening. What excites me most is joining a high-performance environment where improvement is constant, and where people genuinely support each other to succeed. A culture built on ambition, collaboration, and growth.

How long have you worked in real estate, and what led you into the industry?

I’ve been in real estate for around eight years. I started out in construction, which gave me early exposure to property and helped shape my interest in homes and residential living. I transitioned into real estate in my early twenties and was drawn to the opportunity to build something long-term – where the effort you put in directly impacts the outcome.

You specialise in the northern end of the Gold Coast. What draws you to this market?

I focus on prestige property across the northern end of the Gold Coast, including waterfront homes and acreage. What draws me to the area is the lifestyle element – for many buyers, it’s about more than the home, it’s about how they want to live.

Having lived across both ends of the Coast, I understand what motivates people to move north, whether it’s space, privacy, boating access, or a less congested lifestyle.

What do you believe sets you apart as an agent in today’s market?

I’m driven by improvement and take pride in doing things properly – especially when it comes to marketing, communication, and client experience. I also understand the process personally, having bought and sold multiple properties myself. That gives me the ability to be both professional and empathetic, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident from start to finish.
