Navini Construction Progress Nearing Completion
July 1 2025

Construction at Navini is progressing steadily, with key milestones reached across the site. Scaffolding has now been removed from the north and south facades, revealing the architectural detail and craftsmanship that define these nearly completed elevations.
At the front of the building, concrete works for the balcony garden beds are complete, and tiling has been laid on the majority of the ocean-facing balconies—offering a first glimpse at the elegant finishes to come. The main structure of the residents’ swimming pool has now taken shape, and the footpath fronting the development has been widened to enhance pedestrian access. The private beach access, including the pathway, steps, and the pool for Unit I, has also been formed and poured.
Internally, the finishing teams are progressing throughout the building. Tiling is now complete across all levels, and most apartments have had their cabinetry, stone benchtops, and cupboards installed. In ensuites and powder rooms, approximately 80% of plumbing fixtures are in place, with most shower screens now fitted. Painting is nearing completion at 90%, while electricians have begun installing light fittings, power points, and ovens in several residences. Timber flooring installation is scheduled to commence in the first week of June.
Final fit-off work is well underway as electricians, plumbers, and painters move through the final stages of the build. The builder anticipates practical completion by early August, with settlements expected to occur approximately 3–4 weeks thereafter—potentially even sooner.
With Navini now sold out, the project moves into its final stages ahead of welcoming residents to this exclusive absolute beachfront address.
