Kollosche is pleased to share the latest progress at Sea Glass in Broadbeach, with significant milestones achieved to start the year alongside the Hutchies team.

All three basement levels are now complete, with fire and mechanical services approximately 75% finished. The ground floor slab – including the board store, entry and meeting rooms – has been poured, and the feature precast walls are now defining the striking arrival experience.

Level 2, home to the recreation amenities, has also been completed. This includes the main pool, hot and cold plunge pools, gymnasium and wellness areas. With these intricate stages now finalised, construction will progress more efficiently as the tower continues to rise.

The main core has reached Level 8 and will continue climbing, further shaping the Broadbeach skyline.
