Construction at Sea Glass Broadbeach is progressing at pace, driving exceptional buyer confidence.
Sea Glass Broadbeach is rising into shape, and we’re pleased to share the latest construction milestones as this iconic Gold Coast development continues to progress on schedule.
- The tower crane was installed last month, marking a major phase of vertical construction.
- The building core and fire stair are climbing steadily and are expected to reach Level 7 by the end of the year.
- The remaining section of the Ground Floor slab has now been poured, completing this important structural foundation.
- Precast panels and columns are being installed from Ground Floor through to the Level 2 podium, shaping the next stage of the building’s form.
- The podium pool level and upper podium slabs are scheduled to be poured before the Christmas break.
- Basement Levels 1, 2 and 3 have been fully completed, stripped and back-propped. Mechanical services and internal wall installations are now underway.
Looking ahead, construction of the PMT pit will commence in the coming fortnight, ahead of the electrical kiosk installation expected in late February to early March.
