We’re pleased to report solid progress on site over the past month. Structural works to the basement levels are advancing steadily, marking the foundation of this prestigious half and full-floor apartment collection.

KEY MILESTONES

Completed:

• Basement Pour: Successful pour of the Basement 3 slab
• Lift core and fire stairwell: Basement 3 to Basement 2 reinforcement and concrete pours completed

In Progress:

• Pile wall waterproofing: Waterproof membrane installation is underway on all exposed faces up to the capping beam
• Shotcrete application: Ongoing to pile walls, now reaching 1 metre above Basement 2 slab
• Basement columns: Reinforcement and formwork from Basement 3 to Basement 2 underway, with concrete pours continuing over the next week
• Formwork: Preparation for Basement 2 slab now in progress
• Basement 2 slab pour: Scheduled within the next three weeks
• Tower crane installation: Due within the next four weeks, signalling a major milestone as the project begins to rise vertically.
