Sea Glass Construction Update | Early Works Underway

Progress is advancing at Sea Glass, the landmark beachside development featuring 29 expansive half and full floor residences with breathtaking ocean views.
We are pleased to share that early construction works have officially commenced, marking a significant milestone for this luxury Broadbeach project.
Several key works are underway at the First Avenue beachfront site. The water and sewerage connections have been successfully completed, paving the way for the subsequent phases of construction. Preparations for the basement are currently in progress, and sheet piling has been installed to stabilise the southern boundary and perimeter, ensuring the integrity of the site. The demolition of the southern boundary retaining wall is also advancing, alongside ongoing work on the piling platform. Full excavation is expected to commence early next year.
