Aaron Kibble brings a dynamic and service-focused approach to his role at Kollosche, where his priority is cultivating long-term relationships with clients built on trust, integrity, and exceptional care.

Born in Berkhamsted in the UK and raised with working-class values, Aaron has spent most of his career in high-end hospitality roles, where the standards of service are uncompromising.

He was headhunted to work directly for film director Guy Ritchie, where he managed high-profile events and oversaw the launch of Ritchie’s acclaimed London pub, Lore of the Land. He also held senior operations roles within leading hospitality groups, managing teams of more than 140 staff and driving impressive sales volumes. His commitment to excellence saw him awarded an Acorn Award in 2018, recognised as one of the UK hospitality industry’s top 30 under 30.

After migrating to the Gold Coast several years ago, with his Australian wife and daughter, Aaron turned his focus to real estate. 

Finding compatibility between the two professions, Aaron applies the same precision, professionalism, and people-first mentality to real estate sales as he did to hospitality.

He is a firm believer that the best results are achieved through nurturing relationships, rather than chasing short-term gains. He understands and values the importance of discretion and excels at tailoring the sales journey to individual clients.
