Prior to joining the company, Amy worked for two years as a business development manager. Her astute real estate knowledge is coupled with more than 10 years of management and customer service experience gained in the hospitality industry.

Highly resilient, Amy applies perseverance and integrity to her role. In her previous role with a national agency, Amy was ranked within the Top 10 business development management professionals across the company. Her critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills continue at Kollosche.

Born and bred on the Gold Coast, Amy exudes a natural warmth that engages both clients and colleagues. Gaining her own real estate licence, she always strives to grow professionally and personally, and is passionate about supporting clients on their individual real estate journeys.
