Ansis Liu is a research assistant to licensed agent Gareth Denning, specialising in data entry, research and general administration.

Bringing a strong background in engineering and development, Ansis is currently undertaking a master’s degree in property development and valuation at Bond University and recently earned a high distinction in Feasibility Analysis.

Intuitive, cool-headed and adaptable, Ansis is passionate about his career shift into the world of real estate having previously worked in Hong Kong’s public sector

While there he contributed to various projects, including industrial automation for a local food processing plant. He also had the remarkable experience of attending the 2023 Paris Airshow, the world’s largest and most prestigious aerospace event.

Ansis credits these experiences with helping shape his analytical mindset and approach to problem-solving, talents which he now hopes to apply to the world of property development.

Ansis is also qualified to use ARGUS EstateMaster to carry out the analysis of feasibility studies for property developments.

Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Ansis now calls Robina home and can often be found taking in an early morning beach jog followed by a dip in the ocean.

He is an avid golfer, boasting a record drive of 240 yards, and when he isn’t strolling the links or exercising, Ansis likes to sit down with a good book, in particular anything related to anthropology, history, economics and finance.
