Bec Southey is Executive Assistant to Kollosche Sales Manager Andrew Markovitch.

Managing Andrew’s communications and busy schedule, Bec assists with day-to-day administration tasks to support the Sales Manager and the wider sales team.

Working closely with the General Manager, Bec coordinates upcoming projects and provides hands-on support to sales agents and their teams to ensure business plans and teams are well structured and running smoothly.

Working in the real estate industry for 10 years alongside top leading agents, Bec has developed extensive knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing. In her previous role as Sales Associate to Ryan Ward, Bec supported the team in providing exceptional service and results for their clients.

With her tireless work ethic and desire to constantly better herself and learn more, Bec has the drive and commitment to excel in real estate. A high level of organisation and attention to detail combined with endless energy and enthusiasm make Bec a standout in the industry.
