Blaise Bassett is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of Team Harrison, bringing a sharp operational mindset and more than a decade of experience across sales, management, and team leadership.

Raised on a cattle property in Roma before relocating to the Gold Coast at a young age, Blaise combines a grounded, hardworking nature with a strong understanding of people and process.

In her role as Business Manager, Blaise oversees the lifecycle of a sales campaign, working behind the scenes to ensure every detail is covered. From managing compliance and coordinating contractors through to supporting clients and keeping internal systems running seamlessly, she plays a critical role in allowing the team to perform at a consistently high level.

Practical and solutions-focused, her experience extends beyond the operational. Blaise is fully licensed and has hands-on experience in residential real estate sales. She has also been at the helm of high-performing sales teams within large corporations, including Foxtel, and understands both the front-end pressure of a deal and the backend structure required to execute it properly.

Known for her integrity and resourcefulness, Blaise is someone the team relies on to problem-solve and keep things moving, while maintain a high standard across every campaign. She works hard behind the scenes and takes pride in creating a smooth, well-managed experience for buyers and sellers.

Outside of real estate, Blaise, who is a triplet, enjoys spending time with her family, her two German Shepherds and cat. She also tries to pursue her interests in architecture and property investment.
