Corey Eleveld is a Sales Associate to Troy Dowker at Kollosche, working across property sales on the Gold Coast with a focus on strategic, high-level transactions and tailored outcomes.

Since joining Kollosche in December 2025, Corey has worked closely with owners, buyers and developers, supporting sales through market analysis, negotiation, off-market opportunities and guiding clients through the process with transparency and professionalism.

With eight years’ experience in the property industry, Corey brings a strong background in project marketing, development site sales and acquisitions. His experience includes involvement in significant transactions, including $17.5 million and $9.245 million residential sales, as well as a $60 million off-the-plan apartment sell-out.

Drawn to real estate for its intersection of people, property and strategy, Corey enjoys advisory-style work that requires insight, patience and problem-solving. Working alongside Troy Dowker, he is focused on building long-term client relationships and delivering value through market knowledge and negotiation.

Originally from Tasmania and now based in Miami, Corey has lived on the Gold Coast for three years. Outside of work, he trains daily in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and is passionate about personal development and mental health awareness, as well as spending time at the beach or returning to Tasmania to visit family.
