Dean Pegoraro is a Sales Associate for Team Lamb, where he manages the company’s database to generate leads.

Proactive, motivated and kind, Dean expertly cleans the database to extract high-quality leads, which he then nurtures into clients to assist Kollosche sales agents.

An ambitious and well-rounded individual, Dean spent 12 years in the mining industry where he worked his way up through multiple roles to become a project coordinator. He then embarked on a fitness and wellness venture, where he was the director and manager of his own centre.

Having always had a genuine interest in real estate and an appreciation for innovative designs and finishes, Dean took on a Sales Associate position in 2022 at another Gold Coast agency, where his personable nature and ability to meet KPIs led him to be well recognised.

Dean’s passion for meeting new people and assisting them on their property journeys drew him to his role at Kollosche, where his goals are to learn, grow, and eventually become a sales agent leading his own team.

In his spare time, Dean can be found hiking, surfing, camping, cooking, playing music, or travelling, which has allowed him to experience many countries and cultures.
