Debora Sutton is a highly regarded sales agent who joins Kollosche having spent 22 years carving out an exceptional career in the real estate industry.

Cutting her teeth in an independent Brisbane agency, tenacity and ambition led Debora to quickly acquire highly attuned sales, negotiation and management skills. She is also well-versed in leading successful auction campaigns and holds an impressive auction clearance rate.

A natural leader, in 2006 Debora took on the challenge of opening the first Belle Property agency in Queensland, which she swiftly expanded into two offices of 60 staff and 640 properties under management.

During her longstanding tenure as principal, Debora earned a roll-call of industry accolades and achievements, including being named the group’s No.1 office in Queensland for 13 consecutive years.

She has twice appeared in the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s Top 100 Agents list and was a finalist for the REIQ Real Estate Agent of the Year award on two separate occasions. Debora has also served on the residential sub-committee of the REIQ Board.

Keen to help others find their path to success, Debora dedicates a lot of her time to nurturing and mentoring colleagues.

In addition to an extensive real estate background, Debora brings to Kollosche a wealth of experience in the legal industry, having studied law at QUT and working as an Articled Clerk, predominantly in the family and property law areas, before making the switch to real estate.

Despite growing up in Brisbane, Debora has a longstanding relationship and love of the Gold Coast. She currently resides in Palm Beach with her two beloved West Highland terriers.

Outside of real estate, Debora is an avid traveller with a deep appreciation for European culture, architecture and history. She loves Italy and France and cherishes exploring different corners of the world. A passionate reader, Debora also loves the beach, surfing, theatre and opera.
