Ellen Hayward is the Business Operations Manager for Kollosche.

Working closely with senior management, Ellen oversees the rolling out of new strategies and projects and is integral to the success of the executive leadership team.

A dedicated and long-serving member of staff, Ellen joined Kollosche in 2019 as an executive assistant to lead agent Rob Lamb and quickly established herself as a valuable addition to business operations.

In 2021 she was named Kollosche Operations Support Person of the Year for the June quarter, and later progressed to the role of executive assistant to Kollosche’s General Manager.

Along with day-to-day duties that included training new employees and organising social events, Ellen also began overseeing the annual Kollosche People’s Ball held every year in May.

One of the biggest events on the Gold Coast social calendar, the event raises millions for local charity Serving Our People (SOP).

In her two years at the helm, Ellen has been integral in raising an incredible figure of $1,860,000 – with hopes to significantly improve on that amount in 2025.

Not surprisingly she was handed the Most Valuable Player award at the annual Kollosche staff awards in 2023 and 2024.

A New South Wales native, Ellen is now well into her fifth year as a Gold Coast local and, in her down time, can be found surfing, spending time with friends and staying fit.
