With more than 20 years in accounting, Eloa manages all trust accounts payments and receipts, bank reconciliations, billing agents, and everyday payments required.
Eloa is solutions-orientated and a level-headed operator who aims to anticipate the needs of customers and suppliers.
The dynamic nature of the real estate industry appealed to Eloa and the Kollosche team has since become a second family.
As a mother of two, the Brazilian native is passionate about raising bilingual kids in Australia and is part of Project Aquarela which ensures the Brazilian culture and language is passed onto future generations.
Outside of work, you’ll find her staying fit with Capoeira, SUP boarding or spending time with her family at the beach.
