Emily Dawson is the People and Culture Manager at Kollosche and offers high-level operational support to all employees within the agency.
Energetic, friendly and organised, Emily brings a wealth of experience to the business having spent almost a decade overseeing more than 9,500 employees in her previous role within People and Culture at Northern Health.
Described by colleagues as innovative and strategic, Emily was drawn to Kollosche for its positive culture and common workplace goals.
As well as a strong background in human resources and workplace strategy, Emily holds a degree in psychology.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Emily now calls Burleigh Waters home and spends her spare time exploring the Gold Coast’s beaches and hinterland with her husband and two sons Oliver, 5, and Carter, 3.
A travel buff, Emily is proud to admit she has visited every single Disneyland in the world.
