With a background that spans two countries and a career that reflects her drive to always be moving forward, Evelina Nedyakina brings a refreshing energy to her role as Assistant Property Manager at Kollosche.  

Born and raised in Russia before moving to Australia, Evelina has an adaptability and worldliness that translate directly to the diverse, fast-moving environment of prestige property management. 

Evelina plays a hands-on role in managing a broad property portfolio, handling everything from tenant and owner communications to entry and exit reports, lease renewals, maintenance coordination and compliance follow-up.  

No two days are the same, and that suits Evelina perfectly. Her reliable, proactive approach ensures that nothing is left to chance, and her friendly manner means clients consistently feel heard, supported and in capable hands. 

Prior to joining Kollosche, Evelina honed her interpersonal and customer service skills in the automotive industry, where her results-driven mindset earned her recognition from her peers. She is competitive in the best sense, and genuinely motivated by delivering for the people she works with. 

Returning to real estate was a clear calling, for Evelina who was drawn to Kollosche for its standing in the industry and commitment to operating at the very top of the market. 

Outside of work, music has always been close to Evelina’s heart alongside the thrilling world of high-performance cars.
