Georgia Coward is the Sales Administration Coordinator for Kollosche New Projects, supporting the seamless delivery of luxury developments through efficient operations and project coordination.

In her role, Georgia manages communication with developers, oversees onboarding and compliance, and supports agents with reporting, administration, and client journey coordination. With strong time management, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset, she helps ensure each project runs smoothly from concept to settlement.

Georgia holds a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate and is currently studying a Bachelor of Business with a major in Real Estate and Property Development at Griffith University. Her previous experience in property management and administrative roles, paired with a deep appreciation for architecture and design, has shaped her into a driven and reliable team member.

Born in the UK and raised on the Gold Coast, Georgia enjoys boxing, yoga, sunrise beach walks, and exploring new dining spots. A former national-level swimmer, she brings discipline and resilience to everything she does. She also volunteers with the Disabled Surfers Association, helping make coastal experiences more inclusive for people living with disabilities.
