Jaz James is an Assistant Relationship Manager to the Property Management team.

Holding a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Real Estate and Property Development and Marketing, Jaz has a passion for residential property and a deep understanding of the wider industry.

Having formerly spent two years as a teacher’s aide, Jaz has an inordinate amount of patience and brings exceptional interpersonal communication skills to her role.

Hard-working and persistent, Jaz prides herself on fostering longstanding client relationships built on trust and integrity.

She operates with unwavering transparency, a company value that resonated with Jaz before she joined the Kollosche team. Her honesty and enthusiasm endear her to colleagues and clients alike.

Born and bred on the Gold Coast, Jaz enjoys staying fit and healthy. She us an active CrossFit member and has spent more than three years forging strong community bonds through the gym.

She was also honoured to be named as a Miss Universe Australia State finalist in 2023 after seizing the chance to represent her community and build on her wider network.
