Julian De Vincentiis is Sales Associate to Team De Vincentiis.

He joined the Kollosche business three years ago, working under his father, sales agent Marco De Vincentiis, whose mentoring has seen him go from strength to strength.

Eager to learn, Julian gained hands-on experience across all facets of the business before settling into a role as sales associate where he has become an integral cog in his team’s sales success.

As part of his real estate journey, Julian spent 15 months working within the high-powered Team Michael Kollosche where he deepened his understanding of the luxury market and strengthened his commitment to delivering a premium client service.

Now back operating in partnership with his father as part of the De Vincentiis team, Julian is focused on applying his acquired skills to support the team in servicing the central Gold Coast.

In this role, he executes sales and operational functions, including managing buyer enquiries, prospecting for new business, maintaining the team’s database, and ensuring every client interaction is prompt and professional.

Julian’s acute attention to detail allows him to handle contracts and administrative tasks with confidence, ease and precision, making him a trustworthy and reliable team member.

His humble yet confident approach serves to put clients instantly at ease and leads him to forge real and supportive client relationships.

Having a personal interest in architecture and design has allowed Julian to bring depth and insight to the built environment and has helped him to pave what has fast become a solid path in real estate.
