Katie Morris brings focus, discipline, and a results-driven mindset to her role as Sales Associate, where she plays an integral part in the success of sales agent Rob Lamb and his team.

Her responsibilities include generating leads, nurturing relationships, managing sales campaigns, and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and sellers across every stage of their property journey.

With a background in professional bodybuilding and two decades running her own coaching business, Katie has developed a strong work ethic and an understanding of the importance of discipline.

Her transition into real estate was a natural one and blends Katie’s passion for luxury property and high-level sales, honed early in her career through outbound and inbound sales roles.

Prior to joining Kollosche, Katie spent 12 months as a Sales Associate at a boutique agency, where she was hands-on in listing and managing properties, including successful contract negotiations on her own listings. Signing her first Form 6 and seeing her name on a sales signboard were defining moments for Katie, which helped affirm her path in real estate.

Tenacious and empathetic by nature, Katie thrives on building genuine connections and creating positive outcomes. Her personable approach is backed by an unwavering drive to support her team’s growth.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys early morning coastal walks, strength training at the gym, and recharging at local wellness centres. Originally from Newcastle, the Gold Coast has been her home since 2020.

As well as being an accomplished athlete, Katie spent a lot of her younger years in the performing arts as an actor in musical theatre and playing instruments such as guitar and the piano.
