Lance Avdyugin is a Concierge for whom fostering longstanding client relationships comes naturally.
Before joining Kollosche, Lance held the position of Sales Associate at another agency and harbours a thorough knowledge of the real estate market and current sales.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) degree from Hawaii Pacific University and a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) degree from Monash University. Prior to Lance’s career pivot to real estate, he worked at a few reputable law firms in Victoria. Lance’s combination of education and previous work experience has equipped him with the strategic and analytical tools needed to identify new business opportunities, maintain client databases and honour the company’s mission of delivering six-star customer service.
Born in Melbourne, Lance demonstrated steadfast ambition and tenacity from an early age. He is a gifted tennis player and was awarded a university scholarship to develop his athleticism in the United States before turning his attention to off-court pursuits.
Lance became enamoured with the Gold Coast’s warm and engaging lifestyle and relocated to the southern Gold Coast in 2022.
He considers Kollosche to be the Gold Coast’s premier luxury real estate agency and is driven to make his mark within the company as it grows.
He is hardworking and prides himself on operating with integrity, honesty and trust.
