Redefining sales at Kollosche, Luke McPhee brings a wealth of experience, wisdom and industry knowledge to the team, in his role as Head of New Projects.
For the last 15 years Luke has acquired a thorough understanding of real estate sales and its integral place in today’s market. Previous to Kollosche, he held the position of Sales Manager with McGrath Central Coast leading a team of 45 agents.
Over 14 years he managed several coveted positions at realestate.com.au including Sales Manager in both QLD and NSW. His tertiary education in business and marketing and ongoing training at McGrath will allow Luke to navigate the sales team at Kollosche to new heights with the intention of dominating the local market while honouring the company’s belief in six-star customer service, integrity and transparency.
