Maddi Joyce is the Project Coordinator for Kollosche New Projects, overseeing the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, developer communications, and operational workflows from project onboarding through to settlement. She plays a pivotal role in coordinating launch activities, managing campaign performance, and ensuring all project assets, budgets, and communications run with precision and transparency.

Highly efficient and detail-driven, Maddi brings over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, including a three-year tenure as an EA and Client Services Manager for a start-up agency. This background, combined with her strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, allows her to expertly coordinate marketing strategies, supplier workflows, and stakeholder communications.

Maddi thrives on supporting agents and developers alike, from preparing pitch materials and managing stock control to delivering regular campaign updates and overseeing client experience initiatives. Known for her approachable nature and problem-solving mindset, Maddi builds strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and developers, ensuring alignment on goals and quick resolution of challenges. Her ability to adapt to changing market conditions and campaign needs makes her an invaluable part of the KNP team.

Having relocated to the Gold Coast from Griffith, NSW, Maddi is passionate about supporting fundraising efforts for causes close to her heart. Outside of work, she leads a healthy, active lifestyle, enjoys time at the gym, and values making meaningful time for friends and family.
