Friendly, reliable and efficient, Madison answers and transfers calls, greets visitors with an always sunny disposition, and ensures the smooth operation of daily office tasks.

Madison prides herself on strong communication skills and strives to leave a positive impression with every interaction.

Before joining Kollosche, Madison honed her skills in customer service as a supervisor at a major pharmacy for two years. Prior to that, she spent five rewarding years as a kindergarten teacher, where she developed a nurturing personality and honed her organisational skills.

Madison’s journey into real estate was driven by Kollosche’s reputation for growth and innovation. She was drawn to the dynamic environment that encourages continuous learning and personal development.

Beyond her professional duties, Madison thrives on being a part of a vibrant and supportive team.

Originally from Melbourne, Madison has called the Gold Coast home for the past two years. Outside of work she likes to go for sunrise walks, practise Pilates and spend time socialising with friends and family.
