Mitch Booth is a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Kollosche, specialising in prestige property across the northern Gold Coast, including luxury homes, waterfront residences and acreage. 

With eight years’ experience in real estate, Mitch brings a strong foundation built on early, hands-on exposure to property. Beginning his career in construction, he developed a deep appreciation for quality homes and architectural detail before completing his real estate licence and transitioning into agency in his early twenties. 

Mitch offers a well-rounded understanding of both the northern and southern Gold Coast markets. This insight allows him to guide clients with clarity around not only property value, but the lifestyle considerations that often underpin major buying and selling decisions.

Mitch is known for his competitive drive, disciplined work ethic and professional approach. He invests heavily in marketing, training and communication to ensure every campaign is executed to the highest standard, with transparency, diligence and attention to detail at the core of his service.

A finalist in multiple REIQ Agent of the Year awards in 2023 and 2024, Mitch thrives in a high-performance environment and is committed to continual improvement. He focuses on building long-term relationships and delivering results that stand up over time. 

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys a health-focused lifestyle in Mermaid Beach, spending time at home, walking to local cafés and maintaining balance outside of a demanding career.
