Dedicated, empathetic, and solutions-focused, Mitchell supports the sales process with practical knowledge, clear communication, and attention to detail. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from Bond University and has worked across construction, civil works, and real estate, offering clients and colleagues a well-rounded perspective.

Before joining Kollosche, Mitchell gained experience on FIFO job sites and in client-facing roles in sales. Real estate was a natural next step – combining his passion for design with a desire to grow professionally. At Kollosche, he’s excited to learn from leading agents and refine his skills within a high-performance environment.

Based in Burleigh Heads, Mitchell leads an active lifestyle, often running along the headland or enjoying the local beachside community. Outside of work, he plays rugby league for the Tugun Seahawks and proudly represents his Indigenous heritage as a Bundjalung/Yugambeh man.

Mitchell brings fresh energy and grounded ambition to the Kollosche team.
