Ngalan Druitt is a Sales Associate within the Bedford Team at Kollosche, where he plays a key role in supporting day-to-day sales operations and delivering a seamless client experience. Known for his integrity, communication, and team-focused mindset, Ngalan assists with buyer and seller enquiries, property viewings, open homes, prospecting, CRM management, and preparing documentation and marketing for new listings.

Before transitioning into real estate, Ngalan spent over a decade in the construction and production industry as a licensed electrician and business owner. He led large-scale projects across Australia’s east and west coasts, including wineries, poultry facilities, and residential builds. This hands-on background has equipped him with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an appreciation for how quality properties are built.

When first introduced to real estate, Ngalan was drawn to the industry for its energy, growth potential, and the opportunity to support people through meaningful milestones.

Outside of work, Ngalan enjoys beach mornings, fitness, and time with friends. A passionate advocate for mental health, he founded multiple men’s support groups in his early twenties, reflecting his drive to create impact both in and beyond his career.
