Husband and wife team Paul and Charmaine Ledgerwood have spent more than two decades mastering their client-driven approach to luxury property sales on the Gold Coast.

A unique blend of empathy, local knowledge and tenacity has led them to achieve exceptional sales results, while delivering a six-star experience to clients.

Charmaine, a former primary school teacher, and Paul, a property lawyer, spent many years under the Ray White umbrella before Charmaine took up a role with Sanctuary Cove Realty.

The couple later opened their own agency, Ledgerwood Real Estate, based in Sanctuary Cove, where they live.

Now striving for greater success, they have joined the collaborative team at Kollosche.

Holding in-depth knowledge of and love for the northern Gold Coast, Paul and Charmaine are looking to extend their reach beyond Sanctuary Cove to other exclusive enclaves within Hope Island, Paradise Point, The Sovereign Islands, Hollywell and Runaway Bay.
